David Keenan / This Is Memorial Device / Faber

A brilliant book about music that isn`t really about music at all. In the same way that Trainspotting isn’t really about drugs. An oral history of a legendary band that never was, told in a variety of voices, that is more poignant study of youth and friendship remembered.

I bought my copy from Rough Trade. I was hooked by around page 60 and the story of Chinese Moon.
