Their eleven piece lineup hits the stage like a force of nature—more manifesto than performance, built for real musicianship and sweat driven dancefloors. After a run of underground favourites on Space Grapes and Chuwanaga, they finally unveil their debut LP on Favorite Recordings. Eight tracks of boogiefunk and two-step soul, blending precision arrangements with warm, relatable songwriting. Born from a decade of evolution from their previous moniker, Echoes Of, with tributes, collaborations, and European tours shaping their sound, Jéroboam now arrive fully formed. Their 2026 debut marks a defining moment for Europe’s most exciting modern funk outfit.

NASH ANGELES / GRYPH / ELBOW GREASE

His debut LP, Nash Angeles, is a rare collision of worlds: Tennessee bred rock and blues roots meeting West Coast dancefloor sensibility, all delivered with bighearted, sun-kissed swagger. With coproducer Dave Aju and a cast of sharp vocalists and session players, Gryph stretches from disco and dub to post-punk, Italo, R&B, jazz funk and classic house—always with hooks, warmth and live band looseness. Tracks like Summer Nights, Body Body and Dangereuse glide with effortless groove, while St Barts and Pierce tap into deeper, late night moods. A vibrant, genre blurring debut built for open air parties, BBQ season and anyone who likes their dance music full of soul and personality.

DETROIT RISING / LUSH GROOVES VOL 1.2.3 / DOWNJAZZ

DownJazz Records unveils Lush Grooves VOL#1,2,3, the full reimagining of Mark Adams & The Ubiquity Band’s – This Is Neo Soul. What began as a tribute to 70s soul jazz masters like Roy Ayers and Lonnie Liston Smith has evolved into a multi-chapter exploration of groove, heritage, and modern club culture. With Adams, Roy Ayers’ Musical Director for 25+ years, leading an ensemble of elite musicians, the original album fused reworked classics and new compositions with deep musical lineage. DownJazz, rooted in the NYC–Detroit axis, pushed the project further by inviting innovators across deep house, broken beat, bruk, and future soul. Jimpster, Kaidi Tatham, Kai Alcé, DJ Spinna, Makez and more reshape the material with their own signatures. The result is a definitive release bridging eras, genres, and global dancefloors.

BATB MEETS LOOPCINICO / THE LONDON MARANHAO CONNECTION / BEAUTY & THE BEAT

London’s Beauty and the Beat returns with its first ever double 12”, a lovingly curated deep dive into the hypnotic rhythms of São Luís, the reggae capital of Brazil. True to the label’s ethos, founders Cyril Cornet, Jeremy Gilbert and Cedric Lassonde unearth music they adore, clear it with care, and invite trusted friends to reimagine it for their legendary parties. This release spotlights LoopcinicoLuiz Claudio, Beto Ehong and Lobo Siribeira—whose sound fuses live percussion, electronic programming and vocals inspired by eight traditional Maranhão rhythms. BATB selects four standout cuts from their 2013 CD, pairing them with three stunning remixes from longtime collaborators Vidock and Leonidas. Already road tested by BATB and championed by Hunee, these versions channel pure dancefloor.

UBARUH / HEY UBURAH! / PARTYFINE

Partyfine drops Hey Ubaruh!, the explosive debut from Brazilian duo Ubaruh. It’s a kaleidoscope of psychedelic dance, Balearic glow, and the restless pulse of São Paulo’s electronic underground. Formed by producer Phillipi Alves and multi-instrumentalist Emmo Martins, the pair channel “O Barulho” (the Noise) into a signature blend of fat basslines, hypnotic guitars, heavy percussion and acid leaning synths, honed across releases for Multi Culti, Cocada and Partyfine. Their debut LP spans eleven tracks of sun drenched cosmic disco, Brazilian and Caribbean rhythms, R&B tinted vocals and late night club hypnosis each cut a postcard from a different corner of their universe. Bold, colourful and endlessly danceable, Hey Ubaruh! perfectly embodies Partyfine’s mission: global rhythm, free spirited collaboration, and just good music for a better world.

TIGERBALM / BUBBLEGUM DISCOS / UBIQUITY

Four years after her acclaimed debut International Love Affair, Tigerbalm returns to Ubiquity with Bubblegum Discos, her boldest, brightest statement yet. Having sharpened her globalnudisco sound across releases for Razor-N-Tape, Wonderwheel and Music For Dreams, Rose Robinson now delivers a vivid, high definition fusion of Brazilian rhythms, Afrocentric dancefloor energy and flashes of Italo, proto-house and soca. The first half bursts with South American colour with the reggaeton-kissed Nayar, with Giorgio Lopez, the breezy Brazilian disco of Diga Me and Vera En Paraty, and the synth-heavy neoboogie of Coco Makako. The album then pivots to Africa inspired heat, with Andre Espeut, Waahli and Idd Aziz powering some of its most exhilarating moments. A vibrant, expertly crafted celebration of 21st century tropical disco.

RNT IN THE D / RAZOR-N-TAPE

For its second Various Artist instalment, Razor-N-Tape drops a heavyweight four-tracker pulled straight from their 2026 Movement Detroit lineup. On the A-side, Glenn Underground serves up obscure soul fire, while Detroit legend Dez Andrés delivers a deep, jazz-soaked groover built for warm-up or peak-time glide. Flip it over and NYC takes the reins. GEOLOGY digs into low slung funk, and JKriv reworks a cheeky, uptempo Italo stomper with dancefloorready finesse. TORONTO HUSTLE & SEAN ROMAN / SOCIAL NARCOTICS / WOLF MUSIC

Back for round two on WOLF Music, Toronto Hustle & Sean Roman return with Social Narcotics—a deep house slugger backed by a killer remix squad. Byron The Aquarius opens the A-side with a moody, musical, detail rich rework that oozes class. Then the legends step in: Nick Holder & Tyrone Solomon, under their Trackheadz alias, fire off a peak time, driving remix built for proper dancers. Flip it and the original shines. Late night, low slung and laced with sharp social commentary, echoing prime 90s deep house while feeling totally now. The dub strips things back for a darker, heads down roll. A heavyweight followup: deep, soulful, clubready, and unmistakably WOLF.

ZED BIAS FT. MJK / KEEP ON LIVIN / E SOUL CULTURA

Luke Una launches a new wave of dancefloordriven originals on his É Soul Cultura imprint with Mr Bongo, pushing the label deeper into futuristic, boundary shifting territory. The first instalment pairs UKG pioneer Zed Bias with rising Ghanaian British talent MJK for a double dose of hypnotic techno house pressure. ‘Keep On Livin’’ is pure alchemy: Detroit leaning techno grit, UK bass weight, and soulful sample flickers locked into a relentless, heads down groove built for dark rooms and big systems. On the flip, MJK’s ‘Late to Camberwell’ dives into cosmic, late night territory—layered percussion, swirling synths and a rolling, immersive pulse that nods to Grain-era Artwork while sounding unmistakably fresh. A heavyweight, future minded debut for the series.

PHILIPPA / PANTHER CUTS VOLUME ONE / PANTHER CUTS

Berlin based producer Philippa launches her new Panther Cuts series with a focused two-track statement of intent. Volume One lays out the blueprint: one cut deep and hypnotic, the other more expressive and musical. Second Nature leads with looping piano motifs, subtle harmonic shifts and a shadowy, sampled drive—classic Philippa tension, refined into a heads down house burner. Motion State, featuring Berlin vocalist Séna, opens the palette wider. A warm Juno106 bassline anchors call and response phrasing and fluid, jazz rooted vocals, while the accompanying dub strips things back for pure club utility. Known for releases on Freerange and Local Talk, Philippa continues to balance musical depth with dancefloor clarity, analogue warmth, human touch, and impeccable groove.

SERIOUS A / DIAGONAL WAVE / STAR CREATURE GLOBAL CARESS

French producer and DJ Serious A returns with Diagonal Wave, a striking new EP on Chicago’s Star Creature Universal Vibrations / Global Caress. Long fascinated by the meeting point between electronic music and videogame culture, Serious A has spent over two decades shaping a sound that bridges the ancient and the futuristic. Her influences span Tokyo, Detroit and Paris, forming a sonic identity rooted in curiosity, texture and emotional depth. After debuting in 2017 with Return Me To Savara on Blorp, she has released on Human King, ILIO Records, LDLDN and DKO. Diagonal Wave marks a return to her earliest creative impulses, drawing on samples sourced from abandonware archives, CDROM rips and digital deep dives. Fused with the funk driven sensibility that defines her work, the EP connects the spaced out sheen of Eumir Deodato with the atmospheric world building of classic videogame sound design.

VINCE WATSON / EMINESENCE: THE MIXES / EVERYSOUL

Following the acclaimed re-release of Eminesence in March, Vince Watson elevates the project once again by inviting three of deep house’s most respected visionaries to reinterpret this modern classic. The result is a trio of remixes that honour the original’s musicality while expanding it into new emotional and dancefloor territories. First up, Cee ElAssaad delivers a spiritual, richly percussive journey—an expansive, soul rooted version destined for the sets of Claussell, Vega and Trent. Atjazz follows with a masterclass in dub leaning deep house: chunky bass, spacious textures and a perfectly restrained rework that transforms the piano led original into a late night essential. Closing the package, Osunlade offers a beautifully jazz inflected Yoruba Soul Mix, a warm, downtempo interpretation whose final moments drift into pure, weightless bliss. A heavyweight, musically rich package that reaffirms Eminesence as one of Watson’s most enduring works.

TWILIGHT TONE / THE TWILIGHT TONES / STAR CREATURE

Star Creature and The Twilight Tone unveil a promo-only 7” series that reframes Chicago’s house and hip hop roots through Tone’s unmistakable lens. Operating as Dem Dare, one of the city’s earliest hip hop pushers, Tone brings an insider’s perspective shaped by decades in the trenches—from his 1989 Muzique release with No I.D. to a lifelong refusal to follow a single stylistic lane. Star Creature’s Tim Zawada recalls Tone’s electrifying sets and singular aura, the kind of DJ whose style, skill and intensity command respect. Their reconnection sparked this series: six raw, genius flips that filter Chicago house through Tone’s boundary free imagination—untethered by tempo, expectation or convention. A rare, DJ only dispatch from a true Chicago original.
