This little artefact has just been made available digitally. Part of a project that began in 2014, it was first published, physically, in 2 limited runs, in 2019. Since then Paul / Apiento, at Test Pressing, and I have frequently been contacted by folks trying to track down a copy. While neither of us is sure that demand is great enough for an actual reprint*, you can now purchase the “pamphlet / booklet” as a PDF via Bandcamp.
